Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at adafashion shop! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on the following items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Customized or personalized items

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Our customer service will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.


Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We do not offer refunds. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
