1. Are you real? Is this a scam?

3.Whether your photos are exactly the same with the products?
We understand your concern. Most of photos are shot by our own photographer, and only a few of them are from magazines.
for big orders, you can request we send you actual pictures before shipment (Royal customer only as it cost extra time to prepare for you). But you can always keep an eye on our social media as we often post actual pictures there.
4. What is the free size?
It usually means the only size is available. The size may be different due to different countries. Therefore we suggest you to check the measurement carefully, then you will know if it fits you.
5. Can I get a discount if I place a bulk order?
Of course. There is no MOQ for orders, but the more you order, the cheaper would be. Usually you will enjoy 8% discount if you order one item over 10 pieces or the amount of your order is over USD 500.
6. Can you send your catalogue to me?
We are sorry that we couldn't offer the catalogue, because we update our product everyday. Hope you could take your time to have a view on our website. Thanks!
7. How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?
We are not sure about that, but for hot-sale styles, we'll restock as soon as possible.
8. The item is available when I place the order, but why it is not after I finish the payment?
Most of items are available on our website, but with the increasing of the order, we nearly not notice the inventory of it. We are sorry to being late to update the listing.
9. What if I forgot my password?
Please feel free to contact us submitting a ticket, we will help you reset it. or you can click forget password, the system will send you an email to replace it asap.
10. Can I change or cancel items in my paid order?
We don't suggest so but if you have to please do it in 24hours before we ship out, thank you. make sure you contact our online service to help.
11. How to do dropshipping?
  • 1) Please download the images from our site directly and then put our stuff on your site to sell.
  • 2) After you do it, please contact us via submitting a ticket and tell us the site link.We will check whether our stuff are sold on your site.

About Payment
1. What is Paypal?
PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at Lovelywholesale.com to purchase items by Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).
Lovelywholesale.com cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.
2. Is there any other choices for payment?
Yes, of course. For your convenience, we also accept the following payment methods: Western Union and Money gram.

3. After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. However, if the package has already been shipped out, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

5. Do you provide an invoice?

1. What the delivery company you use?
We have USPS, UPS, EMS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, JCEX, Postal Service, etc.
2. How much will be the shipping cost?
It depends on the weight of the package and the shipping method you choose. You can have a try to place a order and the system will automatically calculate it for you.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, but we only offer free shipping for jewels and glasses via flat rate shipping (10-20 business days). For the other items, the shipping fee will be covered by yourself.
4. How long does it to take for preparing an order?
If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-5 days to prepare for that.

5. How long does it take to deliver it to me?
It depends on the shipping method you choose. For flat rate shipping, it usually takes 10-25 business days to arrive; For standard shipping, 6-10 business days; And for expedited shipping, 3-6 business days.
